Exclusion from the right of withdrawal
In principle, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. However, there is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:
There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets for a specific event! Services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is contractually stipulated for the fulfillment of the contract by the entrepreneur, are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG. You therefore have no right to cancel the brokered purchase contract for the tickets.
General conditions of the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Filmfestival Kitzbühel GmbH, Franz-Reisch-Straße 3, 6370 Kitzbühel, info@ffkb.at, +43 676 5534075) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the mediated purchase contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
In the event that you effectively exercise an existing right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
