Panels

The first panels at the 10th Kitzbühel Film Festival 2022 kicked off with a variety of topics and guests. Trend and futurologist Christiane Varga, UFA CEO Nico Hofmann and FAZ editor Carsten Knop spoke on the topic of hypermedia in the panel "Everything always, everywhere and in excess - the audience in the digital age".

With a large and diverse discussion group, the audience was able to experience different approaches to the new incentive model for Austria as a film location. In the "Opportunities and Challenges" panel, Sylvia Vana, Philipp Böchheimer, Stefan Ruzowitzky, Heinrich Ambrosch, Dieter Kosslick, Michael Krön and Roland Teichmann spoke about funding, profitability and the needs of a national production market, as well as the impact on the international screen. This will be continued in 2024.
